Below are the most popular questions we are asked. Please email or call us if you have further questions.What kind of leather do you use?We use the finest A1 grade cowhide leather available. We do not believe in taking short cuts by using the more commonly used, cheaper nappa leather. Instead, we offer higher quality cowhide but still keep the price down so you do not have to sacrifice the quality over price. We feel this leather is perfect. It is neither too thin, or too thick. It is quite soft to the touch but not too soft. Definitely not stiff and uncomfortable. This along with our slim fit, the leather jacket will fit you like a glove, a second skin. Just like authentic vintage leather jackets.How do I choose my correct size?You can visit our size guide here.When you place your order, a jacket is made especially for you and we would appreciate you taking the time to be as sure as you can in choosing the size you need. We understand it is not easy to buy a jacket over the internet so please feel free to email or call us for any help you need. Please bear in mind Soul Revolver styles fit very close to the body and run smaller than regular jacket sizes. For example, if your chest measures 40 inches/101.6cm you could choose the medium 38-40 size leather jacket for a tight vintage fit. With a size large 40-42 you will get a fitted tailored look. The leather we use for our jackets goes perfectly with our slim vintage style fit which is just as important in perfecting our leather jackets. Over the last few years we have fine tuned the cut to make the fit just right. How much is delivery and how long will it take before I receive my leather jacket?Delivery is £10 within the UK, £15 to Europe and £20 to the USA and the rest of the world. All jackets are made to order - In most cases you will receive your jacket in 7 days but please allow up to 14 days as on the rare occassion there may be a customs delay. This does not apply to any sale we may be running. These jackets are already made and will be dispatched when you place the order.What colors are available?Our jackets are currently available in the following colors: Black, Antique Brown, Black Coffee and Fight Club Red. Motorcycle jackets are only available in black leather. Not all jackets are shown in every color but you can order any style in any of our colors. We also offer these colors in suede via special order. Please Note: For detailing like the sleeve bands on the Mayhem style for example, you can choose any colour you’d likeDo you have sales or special offers?Yes, we have regular sales. Can you change the style for me?Yes, we can mix and match our styles for you to give our customers individual jacket styles unlike our regular styles. This service will cost £300 plus shipping to you. Simply choose the mix n match item in the mens or womens vintage leather jackets section. This service includes the replica movie jackets like the Fight Club leather jacket. As these are our own patterns we do not class this as a custom order which is made from a completely new pattern and costs £800 as it will take a lot more time and effort.What payment methods are available?We accect Visa, Mastercard and American Express worldwide. If you are in the UK, you can also pay by Maestro/Switch Debit cards. Payments are processed securely via HSBC. You can also pay via Google checkout or Paypal.Can I return a leather jacket for an exchange or refund?Yes, you can return a leather jacket if unsuitable. If you require an exchange, you will need to pay the re-delivery fee. If you require a refund, you will receive the price you paid for the jacket minus shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee even though all leather jackets are made to order. Refunds will take up to 14 days.
Leather jackets need to be stored in the proper way. Use wide padded hangars to keep it in your closet. It should not be folded for any length of time. Your leather jacket needs to breathe, so never store it in a plastic zip bag or container where air doesn’t circulate. Avoid getting your jacket wet. If this happens dry it in an area away from heat or fans. If you feel you need your leather jacket cleaned, please seek the help of professional leather cleaner.
