The calf leather Wolverine jacket is my 3rd from Soul Revolver and definitely my favorite. It was purchased to be the crowning piece in a contemporary Indiana Jones costume, but it’s turned out to be so much more. It’s my every day jacket now. I get compliments on it nearly every time I wear it. And the heft of the jacket is impressive. It’s real leather with a great scent and wonderfully thick. I especially like the bat-wing collar; it suits me particularly well.

Like all Soul Revolver jackets, the fit is perfect in all the right places. At 5’11” and 165#, the medium is a great fit. I’m not hugely muscled, or the arms might be a problem. The small zippers at the wrist of this jacket don’t stay zipped, and the wrists have consequently flared a bit, but I don't care to keep them zipped and thankfully like the style. The vertical torso zippers unzip to reveal very shallow “pockets” that can possibly be used for thin items, but they’re more for looks and possibly ventilation than any practical use. The interior chest pocket sits flush with the main outer zipper making sliding a phone in and out of the pocket incredibly fluid.

This jacket works on so many levels. Even with the new bomber styles, I would still buy this jacket again and again for the Indy costume and for the adventures of my life. Unlike my other Soul Revolver jackets, it’s the one I don’t mind putting some miles on and they show well. There’s nothing I would change about the design of this jacket. More calf leather designs please!!
