If for any reason you need to return your leather jacket for a refund or replacement, please follow the simple, hassle free procedure below. If you are unsure about your product, you can call or email us first and we would be happy to help resolve your issue. You have the right to return any jacket within 7 days after delivery if you live within the UK. Jackets need to be returned within 14 days if you are outside the UK. We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is in brand new re-sellable condition with labels still attached. Any item in worn condition or with label removed will not be considered for a refund or exchange. If you require an exchange, you will need to pay the shipping for the replacement jacket. Please email or call us for details on making this payment. If you require a refund, you will be credited the price of the jacket minus shipping fee within 14 days from the date we receive the returned jacket. Please remember to fill out your returns form included with your jacket. We are unable to process or deal with your refund without a returns number. This policy is only relative to Soul Revolver leather jacket styles. It does not cover individual custom made jacket styles ordered via the Custom, Mix n Match or Custom Lengths sections. Jackets ordered from these sections are not eligible for refund but will be looked into on an individual case basis. And will reopen at regular business hours on January 4th 2010. Jackets that are returned during this time period will be received, however not processed until the 4th of January 2010.
