But the freedom to step out of the conventional realm every now and again is an exhilarating thing. And boy, this is definitely the coat to do that in.

Hell, everyone loves this latest trilogy, but there’s something singular about Bane’s character....

But the freedom to step out of the conventional realm every now and again is an exhilarating thing. And boy, this is definitely the coat to do that in.

The style of the Bane is beyond cool. Originally based on a military jacket from Eastern Europe, it is beautifully designed as an emblematic symbol for Batman’s arch nemesis Bane. We love the movie. Hell, everyone loves this latest trilogy, but there’s something singular about Bane’s character. Maybe it’s his loyalty or sheer devotion to mission, but you have to admit - mayhem, chaos and brutality notwithstanding – there’s something tragically touching about this character, he really does get under your skin. So we’re delighted to get under his, paying homage with an equally loyal replica of his great coat.

In a magical synchronicity of circumstances, our guys in Italy are already specialists in shearling so we’d been looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their excellent craftsmanship. The sheepskin we use is also very close to the original colour for the Bane. They aced the cut and fit from the design on the very first sample, so it feels quite serendipitous to have everything come together so well.

Despite its boldness, the Bane truly is an everyday, wearable coat. You look and feel amazing just ambling about in it. Even though it is a major head turner, you don’t feel at all out of place.

Unlike conventional leather jackets the raw materials that go into this one are soft and comfortable yet won’t shed on your favorite black shirt. The coat does have weight, but not a huge amount of bulk. It gives a good shape in that it does add to a man’s frame, but the coat itself keeps excellent form over time. Many Soul Revolver styles do have a strong tailored look and being a military coat, the Bane is no exception.

IMPORTANT: PREORDER REQUIREMENT

 

Since it's a new launch, this early process forces us to create the coats in increments of 10. As soon as we have 10 orders, the craftsmen in Italy start cutting the materials and the coat will be delivered to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
