Placing your order
We begin making your leather jacket as soon as your order has been processed. All jackets you see on our website are available in all sizes.
Choosing the correct size
Soul Revolver leather jackets are slim fit and tailored but also give you room to move so are not tight and restrictive. Do your best to order the correct size but don’t worry, we will contact you via email after you have placed your order to take your measurements to make sure.
Different ways to place an order securely
We take orders online here at SoulRevolver.com processed securely with Paypal either onsite or on the Paypal website (you do not need a Paypal account if you are using the Paypal website to pay, although it helps).
We also sell our jackets on eBay and Amazon.
Order notification via email
Stage One - You will receive an ‘Order Received’ email as soon as you have placed your order. This will include information about the jacket you have ordered along with your shipping/billing details.
Stage Two - We will then email you requesting sizing information. Please reply to this email as soon as possible so your order is not delayed.
Stage Three - Once we have your size information you will receive an ‘Order Processed’ email. Your leather jacket is now being made and you will receive it within fourteen business days.
Stage Four - Once your jacket is made, you will receive an email with FedEx tracking information.
Ordering from outside the UK
You can place an order from any country*. We ship our leather jackets worldwide using FedEx for reliable, secure and fast shipments.
Unable to place an order
Please ensure you are completing all customer information fields that are required during checkout, including where you found us. You also need to agree to our Terms and Conditions.
If the checkout page keeps refreshing when you are trying to proceed, this could be your credit/debit card bank blocking the transaction. You will need to let them know you are placing the order on SoulRevolver.com, then try to place the order again.
Changing your jacket style and/or colour after you have placed your order
You will not be able to change your order after you have received the ‘Order Processed’ email as we will then begin making your jacket.
If we have any promotions running, you will be able to enter the discount code in the shopping cart area.
*We have excluded some countries due to excess amount of fraudulent orders.
