 Please read all of the below before purchasing a Soul Revolver jacket.

Please note: We make your jacket at the time of order at a high cost. When we receive a return, it is at a great cost to ourselves so we ask you to take your time in making your decision on choosing the right leather jacket style and to measure yourself correctly (we will help you with this process via email after you have placed your order). Most of the returns we receive are simply due to incorrect measurements. Owning a Soul Revolver jacket will bring you many years of enjoyment so please take your time, it will be totally worth it.

If for any reason you need to return your leather jacket for a refund or exchange, please follow the simple, hassle-free procedure below. You have the right to return any jacket within 14 days after delivery if the jacket meets the below criteria:

We only offer a refund or exchange if the item is in brand new re-sellable condition with hang tag still attached. Any item in worn condition or with hang tag removed will not be considered for a refund or exchange.

Please package your return with care: Zip/button the jacket and fold it and return in the box it was shipped to you or similar sized packaging. Not doing so may affect the re-sellable condition and the jacket may be returned to you.

If you require an exchange:
1. You will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping cost you incur in returning the jacket to us.
2. You will receive an email asking for confirmation of measurements and the exchange order.
3. An invoice will be sent to you for the shipping fee on the exchange. Once paid, your exchange order will be processed.

If you require a refund:
1. You will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping cost you incur in returning the jacket to us.
2. You will be credited the price of the jacket minus the shipping fee within 14 days from the date we receive the returned jacket. We make high-end quality Italian jackets with a small profit margin so we appreciate your patience during this time.
3. If you haven’t received a refund yet when you have been notified it has been sent, please note -  it takes around 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your balance/bank statement.
