GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are outside of our control.
Soul Revolver does not set, collect, or influence import duties. Customs policies and tariff rates vary by country, and we are unable to provide estimates. Please check with your local customs office prior to ordering if you are unsure.
UK orders do not incur import fees.
We ship worldwide to most countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we currently do not ship there.
Orders are dispatched via UPS or Royal Mail depending on destination. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to select the most efficient courier for your order.
Once tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for monitoring the shipment and communicating directly with the courier regarding delivery attempts, holds, or customs processing.
Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 12–6pm GMT. Please allow the full production timeframe before contacting us regarding order status. While we strive to dispatch promptly, rare customs delays may occur for international shipments.
