UK Customers
UK customers pay VAT at the time of purchase.

International Customers
If you are outside of the UK, you will not pay UK tax at checkout. However, you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country when the jacket enters.

Soul Revolver has no control over these charges, as they are set by your local customs authority.

Import fees can feel frustrating, but overall customers worldwide pay a similar total once local taxes are applied.

Placing Your Order

We begin making your leather or cotton jacket once your order has been processed.

All jackets displayed on our website are available in all listed sizes unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Choosing the Correct Size

Soul Revolver jackets are slim fitting and tailored, but designed to allow natural movement without feeling restrictive.

Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us prior to purchase and we will guide you.

Secure Ordering

Orders are placed directly on SoulRevolver.com and processed securely via Shop Pay or PayPal.

PayPal Credit options are available within your PayPal account.

Order Notifications

Stage One – Order Received
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase including item details and billing/shipping information.

Stage Two – Order Processed
Orders are processed during business hours (Monday–Friday). Once processed, your jacket enters production. Please refer to our delivery timeframe for current production estimates.

Stage Three – Shipped
Once your jacket has been made and quality inspected, it will be dispatched. Tracking information will be emailed to you. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch in most cases.

Ordering from Outside the UK

We ship worldwide using UPS and Royal Mail for secure and reliable delivery.

Certain countries may be excluded due to high levels of fraudulent activity.

Unable to Place an Order

Ensure all required checkout fields are completed, including agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

If checkout repeatedly refreshes, your bank may be blocking the transaction. Contact your card provider to confirm the purchase and try again.

Changing Your Order

Once you receive the “Order Processed” email, your jacket enters production and changes cannot be made.

Discount Codes

Active promotions can be entered at checkout when available.
