Order Status & Production Times
If you are checking on the status of your order, please allow for standard production time before reaching out. Most leather jacket styles require approximately 14 business days for production once processed. Cotton styles may require slightly longer due to additional treatment processes. Sale items typically ship more quickly.
As each jacket is crafted at the time of order, we are busy making your jacket during the production stage. For this reason, there are no status updates during this time. You will receive an update with tracking details as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.

Tracking details are emailed once your jacket ships via UPS or Royal Mail. After dispatch, delivery generally occurs within 1–2 business days.
Please bear in mind, if you need to contact us with an issue for an existing order, please do so in a calm manner. We will not tolerate angry, abusive messages.
