IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:
UK customers pay VAT for all orders at time of order. If you are outside of the UK, you will not pay tax when placing your order, you will have to pay the tax & import fees when your jacket enters your country. Soul Revolver has no control over these charges set by your country.
These import fees may seem unfair but please bear in mind, every country pays more or less the same price.
We begin making your leather or cotton jacket as soon as your order has been processed. All jackets you see on our website are available in all sizes, unless indicated on the product page.
Soul Revolver leather jackets are slim fit and tailored but also give you room to move so are not tight and restrictive. Be sure you are ordering the correct size but don’t worry, you can contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help.
We take orders online here at SoulRevolver.com processed securely with Shop Pay or PayPal. You can pay over time with PayPal Credit within your PayPal account.
Stage One – Order Received.
You will receive an ‘Order Received’ email as soon as you have placed your order. This will include information about the jacket you have ordered along with your shipping/billing details.
Stage Two – Processed.
Your order will be “processed” during our business hours. (Monday – Friday) And we will begin making your jacket right away. Please see delivery times here.
Stage Three – Shipped.
Once your jacket has been made and inspected. It will be scheduled to ship to you. You will receive tracking information as well as a “shipped” status update, at that time and should expect to receive it within 1 – 2 business days, in most cases.
You can place an order from most countries. We have excluded some countries due to excess amount of fraudulent orders. We ship our leather jackets worldwide using FedEx and Royal Mail for reliable, secure and fast shipments.
Please ensure you are completing all customer information fields that are required during checkout, including where you found us. You also need to agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If the checkout page keeps refreshing when you are trying to proceed, this could be your credit/debit card bank blocking the transaction. You will need to let them know you are placing the order on SoulRevolver.com, then try to place the order again.
You will not be able to change your order after you have received the ‘Order Processed’ email as we will then begin making your jacket.
If we have any promotions running, you will be able to enter the discount code on the checkout page.
