I don't remember when The Professionals first aired, I was far too young you understand, but I have watched every episode since. It had everything needed to make for a great cop tv series - a duo with a mix of banter, humour and the occassional punch to the face, good plots and a fairly decent car (well, it was hardly a 1967 Mustang was it? :)

I don't remember when The Professionals first aired, I was far too young you understand, but I have watched every episode since. It had everything needed to make for a great cop tv series - a duo with a mix of banter, humour and the occassional punch to the face, good plots, a strong minded chief and a fairly decent car (well, it was hardly a 1967 Mustang was it? :)

But I am not here to talk about the series itself, but of one of the main protaganists - Bodie. A strong character, ex SAS recruited into the CI5. Confident with women, a skilled fighter, awesome hairstyle compared to his partners home perm. But what really stands out for me particularly is the range of leather jackets he wore. Jackets that stood for pretty much everything we at Soul Revolver believe in - great designs brought to us by highly skilled designers, the like of which has not been seen since. It was shows like the Professionals with it's characters like Bodie and such enigmatic characters that are the reason Soul Revolver exist.
